Very expected game in Saskatoon where 7th ranked Manitoba (3-17) was defeated by second ranked Saskatchewan (14-5) 73-62 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Saskatchewan. Manitoba was better in second period 22-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Manitoba 35-22 including 24 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was forward Dalyce Emmerson (191) who scored 21 points and 9 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Forward Katie Miyazaki (175-89) chipped in 7 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists.
