The game in was also quite interesting. Second ranked Pure Youth (10-3) played at the court of 5th ranked Taiwan Mobile (4-9). Pure Youth did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 96-78 on Sunday. Pure Youth trailed by 4 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 7-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 96-78. Pure Youth had a 36-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was American power forward Quincy Davis (206-83, college: Tulane) who had a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!) and 23 rebounds (on 15-of-18 shooting from the field). Guard Chi-Hao Ke (181-85) chipped in 16 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was Canadian power forward Ryan Wright (206-87, college: Oklahoma) who recorded a double-double by scoring 22 points and 17 rebounds and international point guard Yi-Chieh Su (181-87) added 12 points and 5 assists respectively. Four Taiwan Mobile players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Pure Youth have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Dacin Tigers. Taiwan Mobile lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth place with nine games lost. Pure Youth will face bottom-ranked Bank of Taiwan (#7) in the next round where they are favorite. Taiwan Mobile will play against the league's second-placed Dacin Tigers.
