The game in Sevilla supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked Real Madrid (16-4) played at the court of 8th ranked Cajasol (10-10). Real Madrid smashed Cajasol 98-63 on Sunday. The game without a history. Real Madrid led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Cajasol's 24. Real Madrid looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of international forward Carlos Suarez (202-86, agency: Court Side) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 8 rebounds and international power forward Felipe Reyes (203-80) who added 12 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Four Real Madrid players scored in double figures. American-Bulgarian guard Earl Calloway (191-83, college: Indiana) responded with 16 points and the former international center Guillem Rubio (202-82) scored 7 points and 7 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Real Madrid maintains second position with 16-4 record behind leader FCB Regal. Cajasol lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with ten games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams. Real Madrid will meet at home Gran Canaria 2014 (#13) in the next round which should be another easy win for them.
