Regular Season Round 30: Western - McMaster 79-90

There was no surprise in London, ON where 7th ranked Mustangs (8-13) were defeated by third ranked Marauders (16-5) 90-79 on Wednesday. Marauders outrebounded Mustangs 44-31 including 16 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was forward Cam Michaud (198) who scored 23 points and 8 rebounds. Aaron Redpath chipped in 18 points. Five Marauders players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Ryan Barbeau (178) who recorded 34 points (!!!) and guard Quinn Henderson (191) added 10 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Marauders have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Laurier. Loser Mustangs keep the seventh position with 13 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
