Important game to mention about took place in Sherbrooke. Third ranked Bishop's (6-7) saved a 2-point victory at home edging their biggest opponent Concordia (7-6) 44-42 on Friday evening. The hosts were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. Bishop's held Concordia to an opponent 20.5 percent shooting from the field compared to 28.3 percent accuracy of the winners. Bishop's forced 19 Concordia turnovers. The winners were led by guard Catherine Belanger-Paquet (170) who scored that evening 6 points and 9 rebounds and guard Gabrielle Chamberland (175) supported her with 9 points and 6 rebounds. Even 9 points and 7 rebounds by guard Magalie Beaulieu (170) did not help to save the game for Concordia. Guard Kaylah Barrett (173) added 9 points and 6 rebounds for lost side.
