Regular Season Round 32: Carleton - Ryerson 107-64

Date: February 18, 2012
The game between closely ranked teams ended with second-ranked Rams' (13-9) road loss to top-ranked Ravens (22-0) 64-107 on Saturday. The game without a history. Ravens led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Ravens outrebounded Rams 36-12 including a 24-9 advantage in defensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three sinking 19 long-distance shots on high 61.3 percentage. Ravens looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Rams' players. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Thomas Scrubb (196) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 5 assists and international forward Tyson Hinz (199-91) who added 11 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Five Ravens players scored in double figures. Ravens' coach Dave Smart felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Aaron Best responded with 18 points and Jordon Gauthier scored 12 points. Ravens have an impressive 22-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 22-0 record. Rams at the other side keep the second place with nine games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
