The hosts were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. It was a good game for Brazilian center Damiris Dantas (192-92) who led her team to a victory with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Four Real Celta Vigo players scored in double figures. The former international guard Maria Begona Garcia (175-76, agency: Josep and Nicolas) answered with 21 points and 4 steals and the former international center Paula Segui (191-83, agency: Josep and Nicolas) added 9 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Navarra Pamplona. Real Celta Vigo moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Cajarural. Navarra Pamplona at the other side keeps the thirteenth position with 17 games lost. Real Celta Vigo will play against higher ranked Rivas Ecopolis (#5) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Navarra Pamplona will play against the league's leader Ros Casares (#1) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
