Regular Season Round 18: Norrkoping BK - Hogsbo 68-60

There was a small surprise when twelfth ranked Norrkoping BK (3-13) defeated at home 9th ranked Hogsbo (5-13) 68-60 on Sunday. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Hogsbo won third quarter 17-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a good game for forward Marcus Davidsson (197-90) who led his team to a victory with 24 points and 9 rebounds. Ludwig Wissing (-93) contributed with 14 points and 6 assists for the winners. Norrkoping BK's coach used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. Guard Yannick Trott (189-83) replied with 12 points and 5 rebounds and Spanish forward Jose Alberto Garcia (192-87) added 9 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Hogsbo. Norrkoping BK maintains twelfth position in South with 3-13 record. Hogsbo lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the ninth place with 13 games lost. Norrkoping BK will face higher ranked IK Eos (#10) in Lund in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
