There was an upset when higher ranked Solna Branten (6-11) lost at home to eleventh ranked IK Eos (5-13) 76-68 on Sunday. Solna Branten was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. It was a good game for guard Adnan Karovic (187-88) who led his team to a victory with 31 points and 6 rebounds. Forward Taino Bendz (191-88) contributed with 11 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Guard Niklas Larsson (196-94) replied with 24 points and 8 rebounds and guard Joeffrey Paulsson (186-90) added 15 points and 6 assists in the effort for Solna Branten. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. IK Eos moved-up to ninth place in South, which they share with Hogsbo and Sanda. Loser Solna Branten keeps the seventh position with 11 games lost. IK Eos will face Norrkoping BK (#12) at home in the next round.
