There was an upset when higher ranked Aix-Maurienne (13-9) lost on the road to seventeenth ranked Quimper UJAP (5-17) 91-85 on Tuesday. The hosts trailed by 4 points at the halftime before their 49-39 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Quimper UJAP forced 20 Aix-Maurienne turnovers. Quite impressive performance for American guard Adam McCoy (195-86, college: N.Texas) who helped to win the game recording 22 points. The other American import forward Nathaniel Roche (203-88, college: Belhaven) contributed with 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Five Quimper UJAP players scored in double figures.
