Not a big story in a game in Halifax, NS where 5th ranked Huskies (9-11) were defeated by second ranked Axemen (14-6) 73-65 on Wednesday. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 4-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 73-65. Axemen made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. They also forced 26 Huskies turnovers. The best player for the winners was international forward Owen Klassen (208-91) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds.
