Very expected game in Gwynneville where 9th ranked Wollongong Hawks (6-17) were defeated by fifth ranked Gold Coast Blaze (13-9) 94-86 on Friday. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 8-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 94-86. Gold Coast Blaze made 25-of-29 free shots (86.2 percent) during the game.
