Regular Season Round 19: Haga Haninge - Orongo 101-88

The game in Haninge was also quite interesting. 5th ranked Orongo Dragons (9-10) played at the court of seventh ranked Haga Haninge (10-9). Haga Haninge defeated Orongo Dragons 101-88 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Haga Haninge. Orongo Dragons managed to win third quarter 22-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Orongo Dragons 45-34 including 33 on the defensive glass. Guard Tomas Oberg (183-82) fired 56 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds for the winners. Guard Per Hultman-Boye (192-81, college: Eckerd) chipped in a double-double by scoring 11 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists. Haga Haninge's coach Ronnie Berglund used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Power forward William Gutenius (205-92) produced 25 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Joakim Forslund-Holmback (174-94) added 26 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Haga Haninge moved-up to fifth place in North. Orongo Dragons lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the sixth position with ten games lost. They share it with Blackeberg. Haga Haninge will meet Eskilstuna (#11) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Orongo Dragons will play against KFUM Uppsala (#9) and hope to secure a win.
