Very predictable result when second ranked Limoges CSP Elite (19-4) smashed at home 17th ranked Quimper UJAP (5-18) 95-50 on Saturday. The game without a history. Limoges CSP Elite led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Quimper UJAP's 20. Limoges CSP Elite looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 4 passes made by Quimper UJAP's players. It was a great evening for Raphael Desroses (199-80) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). American power forward Christophe Massie (206-77, college: Memphis, agency: Court Side) helped adding 9 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks. Four Limoges CSP Elite players scored in double figures. Limoges CSP Elite's coach Frederic Sarre felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Liberian-American Pele Paelay (193-84, college: Co.Carolina) responded with 21 points and 9 rebounds and power forward Gregory Lessort (197-85) scored 8 points and 8 rebounds. Limoges CSP Elite have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Boulazac. Loser Quimper UJAP keeps the seventeenth place with 18 games lost. Limoges CSP Elite will face Denain Voltaire (#15) on the road in the next round which should be another easy win for them.
