Not a big story in a game when 12th ranked Aix-en-Provence (6-15) lost on the road to fourth ranked Mondeville (13-8) 78-70. Aix-en-Provence was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Mondeville dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Aix-en-Provence's 36. Mondeville forced 21 Aix-en-Provence turnovers and outrebounded them 29-18 including a 15-0 advantage in offensive rebounds. Mali center Naignouma Coulibaly (191-89) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and point guard Ingrid Tanqueray (166-88) chipped in 10 points and 8 assists. Four Mondeville players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was guard Natalie Hurst (163-83) with 19 points and 6 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and guard Sylvie Gruszczynski (171-86) scored 15 points and 5 assists. Mondeville maintains fourth place with 13-8 record. Aix-en-Provence at the other side keeps the twelfth position with 15 games lost.
