Everything could happen in Stadrbredimus at the game between two tied teams. Both fourth ranked Musel Pikes and 5th ranked Etzella had identical 10-9 record. This time Musel Pikes used a home court advantage and smashed the opponent from Ettelbruck 90-69 on Friday night. The game was mostly controlled by Musel Pikes. Etzella was better in fourth quarter 22-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Musel Pikes maintains fourth position in League with 11-9 record. Loser Etzella keeps the fifth place with ten games lost. Musel Pikes will face Residence (#6) in Bereldange in the next round. Etzella will play at home against Amicale in Steinsel and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
