American swingman Kevin Palmer (198-87, college: Texas A&M-CC, agency: VVG Sports) came up with a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds and the other American import power forward Gary Hamilton (208-84, college: Miami, FL) added 12 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for Fukuoka Rizing in the defeat. Four Akita Happinets and five Fukuoka Rizing players scored in double figures. Akita Happinets maintains second place with 23-14 record having seven points less than leader Hamamatsu P. Fukuoka Rizing at the other side keeps the fourth position with 13 games lost. Akita Happinets will again play against Fukuoka Rizing (#4) at home in the next round. Fukuoka Rizing will have a break next round.
