The game between Top Four teams took place in Coruna. 4th placed host Leyma Basquet (10-7) lost to first ranked River Andorra (15-2) 65-52. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 1-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 65-52. It was a great evening for naturalized Russian center Dmitry Flis (203-84) who led his team to a victory scoring 15 points and 6 rebounds. Austrian guard Anton Maresch (192-91) helped adding 16 points. At the losing side naturalized Venezuelan power forward Javier Roman (207-80) responded with 11 points and American power forward Kim Adams (203-82, college: Arkansas St., agency: Strategic Sports) scored 4 points and 8 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. River Andorra have an impressive series of eleven victories in a row. River Andorra maintains first place with 15-2 record. Leyma Basquet at the other side dropped to the sixth position with seven games lost. River Andorra is looking forward to face Fontedoso Carrefour (#9) in Avila in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Leyma Basquet will play on the road against Feve Oviedo and is hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.
