Not a big story in a game when 5th ranked LF Basket (18-15) lost on the road to third ranked Norrkoping Dolphins (21-12) 102-94 on Tuesday. The hosts trailed by 8 points at the halftime before their 63-47 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Norrkoping Dolphins shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 51.9 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. It was a very good performance for Latvian point guard Edgard Jeromanovs (186-86) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 9 assists. The former international forward Martin Ringstrom (206-81) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Norrkoping Dolphins' coach Paul Burke allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American forward Marcus Relphorde (200-88, college: Colorado) replied with 24 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and American-German center Urule Igbavboa (205-87, college: Valparaiso) added 14 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for LF Basket. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Defending champion moved-up to second place. LF Basket lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth position with 15 games lost. Norrkoping Dolphins are looking forward to face Sundsvall Dragons (#3) on the road in the next round, which may be the game of the day. LF Basket will play against Eco Orebro and is hoping to prove to their fans that they can break losing series.
