There was no surprise in Tarnobrzeg where 4th placed Siarka Jezioro (12-16) was edged by second ranked Kotwica (15-13) 69-66 on Wednesday. Siarka Jezioro trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 17-9 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 66-69 at the end of the game. They outrebounded Siarka Jezioro 40-29 including 28 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was American power forward Darrell Harris (208-84, college: Rhode Island) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. Naturalized Israeli guard Oded Brandwein (188-88, agency: N.E.T.) chipped in 21 points.
