Important game to mention about took place in Przemysl. Fourth ranked Rosa Radom (16-9) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging 9th ranked Polonia (12-12) 88-87 on Saturday evening. Guest team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. Polonia was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. It was a great shooting night for Rosa Radom especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. The best player for the winners was Marcin Kosinski who scored 21 points. Guard Piotr Kardas (182-78) chipped in 16 points and 6 assists. Forward Artur Mikolajko (197-79) produced 18 points and 8 rebounds and guard Hubert Mazur (190-84) added 21 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) respectively for the hosts. Four Rosa Radom and five Polonia players scored in double figures. Polonia's coach Maciej Milan rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Rosa Radom have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 16-9 record. Newly promoted Polonia keeps the ninth place with 12 games lost. Rosa Radom will face MOSiR Krosno (#13) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Polonia will play against Sudety (#15) in Jelenia Gora.
