Very important is a road loss of third ranked Kyoto Hannar. (25-13) against sixth ranked Yokohama BC (19-20) on Saturday night. Visiting Kyoto Hannar. was crushed by Yokohama BC in Yokohama 74-50. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Kyoto Hannar.. Yokohama BC dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Kyoto Hannar.'s 28. The game was dominated by American players. It was a great evening for guard Draelon Burns (194-85, college: De Paul) who led his team to a victory scoring 16 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Marcus Simmons (198-88, college: USC) helped adding 14 points and 5 rebounds. Yokohama BC's coach Reggie Geary felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. At the losing side forward Rick Rickert (211-83, college: Minnesota, agency: SportsTalent) responded with 10 points and 6 rebounds and center Lance Allred (211-81, college: Weber St., agency: SportsTalent) scored 11 points and 6 rebounds. Yokohama BC moved-up to fifth place. Loser Kyoto Hannar. still keeps top position with 13 games lost. They share it with Hamamatsu P..
