Very predictable result when second ranked Astoria Bydg. (16-5) beat on the road 12th ranked Zyrardowianka (4-17) 93-81 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Astoria Bydg.. Zyrardowianka was better in third quarter 23-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Astoria Bydg. forced 30 Zyrardowianka turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Astoria Bydg. made 14 blocks. The best player for the winners was guard Mateusz Bierwagen (194-88) who scored 28 points and 7 rebounds. Forward Dorian Szyttenholm (194-83) chipped in 19 points and 5 rebounds.
