Not a big story in a game in Paris where 18th ranked CFBB (2-22) was rolled over by third ranked Orchesien BC (18-7) 94-55 on Saturday. The game without a history. Orchesien BC led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to CFBB's 24. Orchesien BC had a 28-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. Serbian forward Djordje Petrovic (202-84) stepped up and scored 20 points and 5 rebounds for the winners and center Olivier Gouez (219-84) chipped in 16 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). Five Orchesien BC players scored in double figures. At the losing side power forward Mouhammadou Jaiteh (201-94) responded with 14 points and 8 rebounds and center Alexandre Chassang (199-94) scored 11 points and 7 rebounds. CFBB's coach Jacques Commeres gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Orchesien BC maintains third place with 18-7 record behind leader Charleville. CFBB lost seventh consecutive game. They stay dead last with 22 lost games. Orchesien BC will face Stade Clermont (#15) at home in the next round which should be another easy win for them. CFBB will play against the league's second-placed Saint-Quentin.
