The game in Nagoya supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked Toyota Alvark (26-12) played at the court of 7th ranked Mitsubishi Dolphins (12-26). Toyota Alvark smashed Mitsubishi Dolphins 87-65 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Toyota Alvark. Mitsubishi Dolphins was better in fourth quarter 22-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Toyota Alvark forced 20 Mitsubishi Dolphins turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Toyota Alvark made 12 blocks. Toyota Alvark maintains second place with 26-12 record having just two points less than leader Aishin SH. Mitsubishi Dolphins lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 26 games lost. Toyota Alvark will face Hitachi Sunrockers (#3) in Osaka in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Mitsubishi Dolphins will play on the road against the league's leader Aishin Sea Horses (#1) in Kariya.
