Regular Season Round 21: Lan Mobel ISB - Prat Juventud 73-66

Another exciting game for Lan Mobel ISB (10-9) which hosted in Azpeitia against 5th ranked Prat Juventud (12-8). Eighth ranked Lan Mobel ISB won 73-66. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Prat Juventud. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 20-12. But Prat Juventud won second period 18-14. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American-French guard Alfredo Ott (193-83, college: Dillard) stepped up and scored 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and Nigerian power forward Olasumbo Atoyebi (203-88, college: Elon) chipped in 12 points and 9 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Montenegrin forward Marko Todorovic (203-92) with 15 points and 7 rebounds and forward Joan Tomas (201-92) scored 10 points and 9 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Lan Mobel ISB maintains eighth place with 10-9 record. Prat Juventud at the other side dropped to the fourth position with eight games lost. They share it with Barca Regal II and Aurteneche M.. Lan Mobel ISB will play against league's leader River Andorra on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Prat Juventud will play against Las Rozas and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
