There was no surprise when 10th ranked Iwate Big Bulls (11-30) were defeated on the road by third ranked Kyoto Hannar. (26-13) 78-69 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 44-30 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. The game was also dominated by American players.
