No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Valencia Basket (14-11) crushed on the road 11th ranked Assignia Manresa (12-13) 89-68. The game was mostly controlled by Valencia Basket. Assignia Manresa was better in fourth quarter 19-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Valencia Basket shot 60.7 percent from the field. They also forced 22 Assignia Manresa turnovers. It was a great shooting night for Valencia Basket especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. French guard Nando De Colo (202-87) fired 22 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. International power forward Victor Claver (207-88) chipped in 17 points. Four Valencia Basket players scored in double figures. Assignia Manresa at the other side keeps the eleventh position with 13 games lost. Valencia Basket's next round opponent will be UCAM Murcia (#16) at home which should be another easy win for them.
