Very expected game when 7th ranked Unicaja Malaga (13-12) was smashed by third ranked Caja Laboral (18-7) in Vitoria 90-68. The game was mostly controlled by Caja Laboral. Unicaja Malaga was better in second period 26-24. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Unicaja Malaga to just 6 points in first quarter. Caja Laboral made 16-of-21 charity shots (76.2 percent) during the game.
