SISU continued their unbeaten run in the season. They shot down Falcon in the quarterfinal series opener. The game without a history. SISU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Falcon to just 2 points in third quarter. SISU forced 26 Falcon turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Falcon's players. Forward Trine Duelund (180-84) stepped up and scored 24 points (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) for the winners and American center Stephanie Madden (185-88, college: Langston) chipped in 12 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. At the losing side American center Trenice Fuller (193-87, college: Hofstra) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 13 rebounds and 5 blocks and guard Elisabeth Hansen (176-93) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
