Tenth-ranked Toros (4-20) made lots of trouble for sixth ranked Bucaneros (11-11) in Maracay. The visitors from La Guaira managed to secure only one-point victory 80-79. However their fans expected much easier game. The guests were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game.
