Rather expected game in Kotka where 9th ranked Kouvot (13-23) was defeated by seventh ranked KTP-Basket (16-21) 91-79 on Wednesday. Americans were the main players on the court. Forward Tim Blue (205-84, college: Middle Tenn.St.) fired a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Swingman Tony Crocker (201-87, college: Oklahoma) chipped in 28 points and 5 rebounds. KTP-Basket's coach Sami Toiviainen used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Anthony Brown (203-86, college: Oklahoma St., agency: KMG Sports Management) produced 18 points and 6 rebounds and guard Josh Gonner (188-82, college: S.Carolina) added 15 points respectively for lost side.
