There was a change at the Lega2 leadership position after last games. Round 25 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Tuscany Pistoia (16-8). They were edged by ninth ranked Tezenis Verona (11-12) 80-77 on Sunday night. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Tuscany Pistoia. The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 18-9 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Five Tezenis Verona and four Tuscany Pistoia players scored in double figures. Tezenis Verona have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to eighth place. Tuscany Pistoia at the other side dropped to the second position with eight games lost. They share it with Givova Scafati. They were replaced at the leadership position by Trenkwalder. Tuscany Pistoia will play next round against Sigma Barcellona trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Tezenis Verona will try to continue on its current victory against fourth ranked Enel Brindisi on the road.
