Delikatesas advanced into the quarterfinal stage as they took care of Meresta in the decisive third game of the series. The game was mostly controlled by Delikatesas. Meresta was better in second period 25-24. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Delikatesas shot 60.7 percent from the field. It was a great shooting night for Delikatesas especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.9 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Meresta was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a quality performance for center Tautvydas Slezas (207-90, agency: Interperformances) who led the winners with a triple-double by scoring 18 points, 18 rebounds and 10 assists. Guard Aivaras Kvedaravicius (184-88) accounted for 23 points and 4 assists for the winning side. Forward Darius Griskenas (194-84) came up with 19 points and 7 rebounds and guard Saulius Raziulis (183-76, agency: Court Side) added 19 points and 4 assists respectively for Meresta in the defeat. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Meresta's coach Dainius Bertulis rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
