Valga (#8) forced the game against KK Parnu (#7) into an overtime, but lost by two points 83-85 on Friday night. The game took place in Valga. But the guests from Parnu were better at the end. The guests trailed by 4 points after three quarters before their 22-18 charge, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time and get a 2-point victory in overtime. KK Parnu forced 25 Valga turnovers. It was a great evening for swingman Rannar Raap (189-92) who led his team to a victory scoring 29 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals. Power forward Taavi Hamarsalu (199-89) helped adding 18 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Valga's coach Varis Krumins rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. KK Parnu maintains seventh place with 4-24 record. Valga lost twelfth consecutive game. They stay dead last with 25 lost games.
