The game without a history. Sirenos led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Utena's 26 and made 17-of-20 charity shots (85.0 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Utena 40-29 including 28 on the defensive glass. Center Kristina Alminaite (204-90) notched a double-double by scoring 22 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks to lead the effort and the former international guard Rasa Zemantauskaite (177-81) supported her with 17 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Sirenos players scored in double figures. Even 24 points and 8 rebounds by the former international guard Ela Briedyte (176-79) did not help to save the game for Utena. The former international guard Egle Zygelyte (166-84) added 9 points for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
