Bottom-ranked Tenerife managed to get the second consecutive victory. This time newly promoted Tenerife won against eighth-ranked Aurteneche M. in Vitoria-Gasteiz 78-70. The guests were ahead by 7 points but lost the second period ending it with a 1-point deficit before their 24-15 run, which allowed them to win the game. Cuban forward Georvys Elias (199-81) orchestrated the victory by scoring 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. point guard Ignacio Guigou (186-91) contributed with 14 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals for the winners. Power forward Alberto Ausina (203-81) answered with 14 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Alex Arcelus (196-85) added 12 points and 4 assists in the effort for Aurteneche M.Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
