Regular Season Round 12: KKL - Dacin Tigers 68-59

The most important game in the last round was the one between third ranked Dacin Tigers (15-12) and sixth ranked KKL (11-15) on Sunday night. Dacin Tigers were defeated by KKL in a tough game 59-68. KKL took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Dacin Tigers won third quarter 18-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when KKL won last quarter 20-12. The best player for the winners was American center Elbert Fuqua (211-83, college: UTSA, agency: Top Notch Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds. Forward Cheng Liu (192-90) chipped in 11 points and 9 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Belizean-American power forward Noel Felix (205-81, college: Fresno St.) who recorded 17 points and 5 rebounds and the former international forward Lei Tien (203-83) added 12 points and 9 rebounds respectively. KKL have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place. Dacin Tigers at the other side keep the third position with 12 games lost. They share it with Yulon Luxgen. KKL are looking forward to face league's leader Pure Youth in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Dacin Tigers will play against Bank of Taiwan and are hoping to win this game.
