Everything went according to plan when second ranked Saint-Quentin (22-7) defeated at home 11th ranked Angers BC 49 (14-15) 88-79. Angers BC 49 was ahead by 1 point after three quarters before a 25-15 charge of Saint-Quentin, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Angers BC 49's 36.
