The game with biggest result difference took place in Riga. Local VEF Riga (15-1) outscored 7th ranked Jurmala (9-17) 117-61 on Wednesday night. The game was mostly controlled by VEF Riga. Jurmala managed to win third quarter 25-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The victory was the ninth consecutive win for VEF Riga. Defending champion maintains second place with 15-1 record having twelve point less than leader Liepaja, which they share with Ventspils. Newly promoted Jurmala keeps the seventh position with 17 games lost. They share it with Turiba.
