Not a big story in a game when 11th ranked Arras (9-16) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Mondeville (14-11) 75-59 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Mondeville. Arras managed to win second period 19-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Mondeville dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Arras' 32. They outrebounded Arras 40-23 including a 34-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Power forward Laetitia Kamba (186-87) fired a double-double by scoring 13 points and 15 rebounds for the winners. Arras' coach Thibaut Petit rotated ten players seeing no chance for a win. Mondeville maintains fourth place with 14-11 record. Arras lost their fourth game in a row.
