There was a small surprise when eleventh ranked Assignia Manresa (13-15) won against on the road 9th ranked Unicaja Malaga (14-14) 96-81 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 51-35 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Assignia Manresa made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a very good performance for Hungarian guard Adam Hanga (201-89, agency: TSS Management) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 6 rebounds. American forward Justin Doellman (206-85, college: Xavier) contributed with 15 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Five Assignia Manresa players scored in double figures.
