The game with biggest result difference took place in Beer Yaakov. Local Beer Yaakov (20-6) outscored 14th ranked Lev Hasharon (7-19) 98-78. It looked good early as Lev Hasharon took an 1-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Beer Yaakov had a 27-23 second period charge getting the lead and Lev Hasharon was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 78-98. Beer Yaakov made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Lev Hasharon turnovers. American guard Nate Miller (193-87, college: Bowling Green) notched a double-double by scoring 32 points and 12 rebounds to lead the effort and the former international power forward Chris Watson (200-75, college: Niagara) supported him with 20 points and 7 rebounds. Even a double-double of 15 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks by American forward Grady Reynolds (198-80, college: St.John's, agency: Strategic Sports) did not help to save the game for Lev Hasharon. His fellow American import swingman Shawn Ray (194-80, college: N.C.Central) added 16 points and 10 rebounds for the guests. Four Lev Hasharon players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Beer Yaakov maintains second position with 20-6 record having just two points less than leader Hapoel T-A. Lev Hasharon lost seventh consecutive game. They stay at the bottom place with 19 games lost.
