Rather expected game when 6th ranked Basket Landes (13-13) was defeated on the road by fourth ranked Mondeville (15-11) 58-49 on Wednesday. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 16-11. But Basket Landes won second period 11-9. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Power forward Laetitia Kamba (186-87) had a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Ingrid Tanqueray (166-88) chipped in 14 points during the contest. Polish forward Justyna Zurowska (188-85) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and Serbian point guard Katarina Manic (181-80) scored 6 points and 8 rebounds. Mondeville maintains fourth position with 15-11 record. Loser Basket Landes dropped to the seventh place with 13 games lost. They share the position with Nantes.
