Not a big story in a game when 6th ranked S.E.Battipaglia (13-11) lost at home to first ranked Ragusa (21-4) 61-49 on Saturday. The game without a history. Ragusa led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding S.E.Battipaglia to just 7 points in third quarter. They outrebounded S.E.Battipaglia 40-27 including 31 on the defensive glass. It was a very good performance for power forward Martina Bestagno (189-90) who helped to win the game recording 4 points and 18 rebounds.
