An interesting game for Asseco Prokom (8-2) which played road game in Sopot against their biggest opponent Trefl Sopot (6-4). First ranked Asseco Prokom managed to get a 4-point victory 77-73. The guests trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 77-73. Lithuanian power forward Donatas Motiejunas (213-90, agency: Interperformances) notched a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and American guard Jerel Blassingame (175-81, college: UNLV) supported him with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Asseco Prokom's coach used entire bench in such tough game. Even 12 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists by the former international forward Filip Dylewicz (202-80) did not help to save the game for Trefl Sopot. The former international guard Lukasz Koszarek (187-84) added 13 points and 4 assists for lost side. Five Trefl Sopot players scored in double figures. Asseco Prokom have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position in Group A with 8-2 record. Loser Trefl Sopot keeps the second place with four games lost. They share the position with Zastal ZG.
