SBL top team - Pure Youth (22-8) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventh ranked Bank of Taiwan (7-23) 89-49. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Bank of Taiwan. The game without a history. Pure Youth led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Bank of Taiwan's 26. They outrebounded Bank of Taiwan 47-22 including a 32-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. The former international swingman Wen-Cheng Tsai (190-85) orchestrated the victory by scoring 12 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international swingman Hsin-An Chen (196-80) contributed with 8 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Forward Hsiao-Wen Chuan (190-83) replied with 16 points and 6 rebounds and international forward Shun-Hsiang Chen (190-85) added 11 points in the effort for Bank of Taiwan. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Pure Youth maintains first position with 22-8 record. Bank of Taiwan at the other side stay dead last with 23 lost games.
