Ferro-ZNTU stole a home-court advantage from Khimik beating Darko Russo team away from home. The game without a history. Ferro-ZNTU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Khimik helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The game was dominated by American players. Center R.T. Guinn (208-81, college: Baylor) fired a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds for the winners.
