The most exciting game of round 27 in the Premier League took place in Holon. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of second-best Galil Gilboa (16-9) to fifth ranked Hapoel Holon (14-11) 76-74 on Thursday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Galil Gilboa. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 18-14. But Galil Gilboa won second period 18-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hapoel Holon made 20-of-22 free shots (90.9 percent) during the game. It was a good game for American power forward Bryant Dunston (202-86) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). Five Hapoel Holon players scored in double figures. The former international center Ido Kozikaro (203-78) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and American Romeo Travis (200-84, college: Akron) added 20 points in the effort for Galil Gilboa. Galil Gilboa's coach Lior Lubin tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Hapoel Holon moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Hapoel J-M. Galil Gilboa at the other side keeps the second position with nine games lost.
