Etzella (12-15) outlasted Residence (13-14) in overtime by three points 97-94 on Sunday night. Residence was trailing by 5 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 27-25 charge of Etzella, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time. They were better in overtime eventually winning that period 13-10. Nigerian forward Corey Raji (198-88, college: Boston Coll., agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 18 rebounds for the winners and American-Liberian forward Daniel Horace (200-83, college: Miami, OH, agency: KMG Sports Management) chipped in 27 points and 5 rebounds. Etzella's coach Gilles Becker used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was American forward Marcus Kennedy (193-84, college: Montevallo, agency: Interperformances) with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 18 rebounds and 4 assists and U.S. Virgin Islands forward Jerome Gumbs (194-82, college: USF) produced a double-double by scoring 32 points and 11 rebounds.
